NOTE 1: Google is not the be all end all search engine and misses a lot. Do not look on ebay.com, amazon.com, or any other auction service because they are normally only individuals selling products, not stores. Also do not use cdaccess.com as CGN has a lot of games they are still trying to sell that noone else has other than auction sites.
NOTE 2: If a game is on this list and it has expansions or addons published then they are also considered warez. By published, it means sold in stores, available online for purchase, etc. The individually created mods, wads, plugs etc are easily available through web forums for the games or webrings so don't ask for those either. Most of these are free though I've seen some nagware or shareware variations.
Exceptions will be made by staff members as they see fit.
NOTE 3: If a full version of a game can be purchased in a compilation then it's still warez. Check http://www.mobygames.com with your title to see if it's been released as a compilation/shovelware (as they call it).
