* this one appeared on the warezlist, but with a longer title, I'm not sure if you mean that one, so I could be wrong here.
Torin's Passage was never actually released in it's original form here and landed straight in the bargainbins, not long after that an article was published in the Dutch gaming magazine Power Unlimited that the game had been released as freeware into the public domain. I couldn't find any links to articles to back this up though and I'll see if I can find the old Power Unlimited issue that said it. If I manage to find it I'll scan the article and post it.

The rest of the games seems ok, I couldn't find them on the Warez list or the ESA protected list.
