Anyone who sings in the shower and isn't talented enough deserves death by firing squad.  And yes, I'd be the first one to stand in line....my musician friends once banned me from singing along with their songs at shows and practices, told me if I did it again they were gonna give me a mic and make me sing at a gig.  Needless to say I stopped singing while awake at that point.

Backstreet boys and other gay bands (westlife... bah).

Stupid oldies like the ones used in 'Greece', it's not that the songs are bad but I heard them 20200020202x in my entire life.

And lovesongs... well I only like them when I'm having fun with my girl, but when I just messed up a relationship or what so ever I 'hate' songs like that.

I like almost every sort of music except gay gangs (like Res said); like O-Zone and that crappy stuff.

don't get me started on Slipknot and Puddle of Mudd.  Both are from where I live (within 100 miles).  I went to see Slipknot before they were ever signed and they sucked arse.  I've seen drunks at an open mic night play better and with more professionalism.  I've been told they still play that way live.

As for Puddle of Mudd, they used to be a decent band in kansas city, missouri until one of the band got a huge ego and split off from the rest.  he took the name, the songs the others wrote and claimed it for his own.  by the time the rest of the band knew what happened, they were hearing their music on the radio from a signed band formed by this arsehole.

Classic music is great when sitting in bath. But I can't read complicated books or pieces of text (which ofcourse I do a lot -not!-) while music is on, so I either turn off the music or put away the book, depending on what I feel like.
