Because this has been asked a lot lately and because noone else seems to know how to use Search or read other topics:
As been mentioned in other threads, Grades is trying to fix things but right now there's some kind of problem where the mods can't help with submissions. When he gets that fixed, then there will be other people besides him taking care of submissions.
Not to mention that it takes time to verify each game is what it claims to be, has no virus or spyware crap and that the game actually works. Grades has said many times that moderating reviews, screenshots, etc. takes up little time but checking games takes up the bulk of moderation.
