Post Need Help with DOSBox and DOS games
Well people I posted this topic to ask for some help, I have Windows ME installed and I don't know if it is my computer or windows fault but every time that I put an old DOS game in my computer like Carmen SanDiego or Prince of Persia it crashes and I have to reset the computer. Don't ask me why but games like Doom or Wolfenstein 3D work perfectly. Apart from that I tried to use DOSBox and I do everything that tells me to do and I can't make the game to work, I just don't understand it.

Sorry for my long posts but  thats how I am smile . Help is welcome.

Well thank you for the help, I could run the game but no I have a different problem, when I run it, it's kinda slow, I speed up the cycles and the frameskip and it runs slower, I reduced it and it runs a bit faster, but then slower again, my computer is a pentium II 233mhz and it's windows me. Is it problem of my computer or of DosBOX. Well I hope you answer.

I think its your computer. You can hardly emulate a 486! Now, If I where you, I'd downgrade to windows 98 (almost the same as ME) and play it in normal MS-DOS.

Tried a bootdisk? Google for one, plenty of those around.
If you're on FAT32 you will need a FAT32 compatible one.

Or make one yourself.
