Okay..so I'm at the alter, where you have to put the gems in the correct order in order to obtain the flute. You first start out with the Sun gem, which always works. As for the second gem..I've tired every other gem I had (re-loading my saved file every time the second gem would not work). I've gone around thrice looking for more gems.
Maybe there's no solution to this but to start all over...ugh.
