True ISOs always have all the files that are on the original CDs otherwise somebody has "ISOed"
some sort of a rip of that game
(by 'true' I mean the CD images made off the genuine game CDs)

You apparently don't know the difference about either of them. RIPs have cutscenes or music left out for a reason; to cut down the size of the game, this makes them easier and faster to download.
ISOs have all the content and should only be downloaded if you really want the full experience of the game (e.g. nothing is left out), let's admit it, who of our abandonware gamers wouldn't like that?
