Ultraplayer,
tiny, and first of all : very fast starter .Click and you hear it.
Maybe not as complete as winamp, but if i want to alter music files or rip a cd there are tigs of freeware progs.
My two fav's for mp3'ing or wma'ing are mp3workshop and Dark-e ripper.

I'm using iTunes these days, which came with my iPod.. It's incredibly easy to organise and such in it, which is why I got rid of Winamp.. I miss the handy and small Winamp interface though.. =|
