I picked up Magic Carpet, however when I crack it open I can only get through the sound setup. Once I confirm that and click the world tab, I get a blank screen that doesn't seem to go away.

Anyone got a solution for this problem?

Works perfect in dosbox 0.70.
Be sure that the folder you stored magic carpet is no longer than 8 chars.
Make 'magcar' or so.
Best is to create a x:\games\  folder.
Extract magic carpet in x:\games\magcar
Run dosbox, mount x:\games as C:
CD to magcar
run game with 'carpet'

sound setup:

sound source: soundblaster16
music: soundblaster AWE32
sound I/O 220
IRQ 7
DMA 1
Music I/O 330

Start the game with that blue square.
Done.
Works perfect.

Next time you startup the game you will get the setupscreen agin, with the previous settings stored,simply hit the blue square.
