This is really a tough bone *scratching head*
I have actually never noticed until now ( big grin ),but on my desktop icons, the backround color is black
I'm gonna do a little searching to see if I can find a way for this problem

Hmmmm, I think it only apears with certain wallpapers, not sure tough. Try diferent wallpapers. If it doesn't work I guess you should go to the control panel, then visualisation (I have portuguese windows so I'm going with the literal translation) and try messing with the themes a little...

PS: Have an epson printer do ya?

Either I'm massively mistaken (most likely) or it's not about the wallpapaer colour but the wallpaper itself...
