I'm kinda new to the whole CGN system.
I wonder if it's because the game is bigger than 50 mb that I can't see a downloadable setup file or anything
on the Driver 1 page. I love this game so I'm wondering if I can download it if I become premium member
(and subsequently have more download points right?)
is this game available or not?

Hi and welcome to CGN.
No, Driver 1 is not available and will not become so with a premium membership due to its Warez-status, which makes it illegal to distrubute freely as of now. Sometime in the future it may become abandonware (half-illegal, depending on whom you ask) and downloadable.
