That's crazy fast.
Watching that makes me want to start playing that game again. I have the N64 version, and I only played the first 3 levels.

I wonder that too but I once saw a video clip, where someone completes some Super Mario in 11 minutes
If those times are real the guy who played sure is fast

The wonderful world of speed-gaming!
If you've played a game so many times, that you can dream its completion, then: speed it!
Tried it with Max Payne 2...got it finished under the 35 minutes but dudes on the net got it under 30...that's too much research for me.
I've read about how much research is going into this before even going through the game whole. To really complete such, you need to play the game over and over agein to know every path, glitch and fast routes to the end of the level.

Perhaps the game is real. Memorizing where everything is on the levels wouldn't be too difficult.
I think I could rack up good time in Doom or Doom 2, since I've played it so many times - though it would be a pain to enable and disable 'no clipping' during the game.
By the way, if 'no clipping' is enabled in Duke Nukem, then how is the player able to pick up anything, like the security cards?

I saw on the net a movie: a guy played doom1 (in 21 minutes: all episodes) and doom 2 (all episodes within 30 minutes).
Think you can beat that? Would be cool!

Holy Shit that's fast
I could complete Doom 1 in maybe 3 hours
And completing Doom 2 would take me even more.

Have a smaple of thta one! This guy completes doom 2 in a staggering 18 minutes!
By the way, did you guys knew that Fear Factory wrote songs for this game and Doom1? However, it was converted into crappy midi files so the resemblance is close to minimal.

Wow, 18 minutes. :O
When I played it, I'd be happy to complete a level in 18 minutes.

if you notice this guy is using some shortcuts like how he completed evel 1 without even entering the cinema and destroyed the building in level 2 without typing the code or using the keycard from the videostore...etc

It's kind of cool to do this: he even uses enemy's as a stepladder to get to higher places!

He does make some mistakes that nearly cost him his head though. Look at where he places those rocket launcher rockets.
