Interesting, but what happens to games with more than one download?

It could be done like this:
add all sizes of the seperate downloads (let's say all iso's or disks) of one game together and state that as it's size.

Or like this:
take the largest of the files for a game and use that to represent it's size in the list and add a field that states the total number of available downloads.

I wouldn't count ISO's, unless there are no regular downloads :P

take the lowest, or the highest, or don't include them at all, it wont be a big deal cuz there aint too much of those

I reckon it should be lowest of the actual game download (not demo's nor patch's etc) maybe state the size next to them in the search.

another suggestion, make different groups, just like system and year groups for example:

1) less than 10 mb
2) 10 to 50 mb
3) 50 to 100 mb
4) 100 to 200 mb
5) 200 to 300 mb
6) more than 300 mb
7) no download

and lets say there is a game with a 40mb rip and 290mb iso, it will probably be in both group 2 and 5

Well, I've been thinking about this, and I probably won't add it.

I'd have to either add yet another field to the already big database tables (to store the filesize), increasing the overall database usage with ~10-20Mb, or I'd have to check the filesizes every time someone requests a list that uses them (would look up the size of a few thousand files), which is not really nice towards our server.

If I come up with a different solution, I'll post it here.
