I want to buy this game, but first I wanna know some stuffs about it cuz there is no demo for the game
1. is it any good?
2. what is its system minimum and prefered requirements

Can't answer nš2 but about nš1, only buy it for the nostalgy of good ol' Outrun, not because of it's quality. It's not too bad but there are better games to put the money.

Then yes, you do need to upgrade your PC. The system requirments are quite low.

honestly Im not quite sure about all these stuffs
all what I know is that my pc dont have a pixel shader
well here is a list of all the games that works properly on my pc
C&C generals /ZH
GTA vc
The house of the dead 3 (runs alittle bit slower than regular, no big deal)
Age of mythology
NFS hot pursuit
Sonic heroes

It's not that hard really. Right now a good setting (not excelent, good) would be 1gb ram, a graphics board (I'm not muuch into models...) with 256mb and a p4 or equivalent with at least 2.5ghz. My computer only doesn't fill the RAM >_<

In most cases 512MB of RAM will also get the job done, the graphics card is of much higher influence on your game's performance than whether the RAM is 512MB or 1GB. CPU speed doesn't tell you all too much either in many cases.

i have 32MB video ram only while the game needs 128MB
thats kinda weird cuz GTA SA requires 64MB video ram only

O.0 32mb...I used to have one of those, I upraded my pc a few months ago and it wasn't hard to convince my parents, except for the processor wich was the only expensive part.
