Last time I checked, it wasnt down, so it must be a problem on your end.

It isn't down... the only one that can currently moderate contributions is Grades so it might take a while before your contribution gets accepted.

I think he means the moderation part of the system.
I have no idea... I have a lot of work next to CGN, and haven't been home much recently.
