Post what is (U).smc file? 
hello there where can I find these files and software to open them.ADF.File.  (U).smc and how can I in crese my download from maxfilesize 50mb. to 138.45 or higher?

The type of files of file you mentioned are ROMs I think so you need an emulator to run them. You can fid them in the aplications section of cgn. To increase your max filesize you can either contribute or get a premium account. Make a topic requesting those games in the request section (after checking if they're warez/ESA protected or not).

Just in case anybody else wonders about this (I know its quite late)
I saw the ADF file extension in Amiga disk images, and you need an emulator to run these.
The SMC file extension usually marks a Super Nintendo ROM image, again you need an emulator for these (ZSnes).
The (U) is probably a tag to identify the rom as USA version (english).
I don't know about filesize restriction... But you can find roms for SNES and Amiga all around the net...
