many people read the cheats posted on this site, yet so limited people rate them weather they do work or not

There's no way to enforce rating but there could be a message like "Please rate this cheats. Help keeping cgn reliable."

Most of the cheats are from a trusted cheat site anyway (e.g. Gamefaqs). So most should work, however, if a cheat doesn't work contact an admin (Res or Grades).
