New features since 15-06-2006

15-06-2006:

Code:

+ Warez system (tagging of games, moderation panel and archive for warez ISO's/downloads)
+ "Download types", which are "Full game", "Demo", "Shareware version", "Remake", and "Special".
The "Special" type allows you to supply a more specific title when submitting a download.

16-06-2006:

+ "Cartridge" cover type
+ "ROM" download type
+ Warnings about the warez status of a game when submitting a download or CD ISO
~ Changed the walkthrough, cheats and other files page to a better font. Now the formatting of most
cheats, walkthrough and other text files will look like it should.

17-06-2006:

+ "Floppy Disk" cover type
+ Fixed special characters on the Settings page
+ Fixed special characters on user profiles
+ Fixed parsing of emoticons in submitted text
+ Changed default 'download type' to "ROM" when submitting a download for a non-PC game

18-06-2006:

~ Fixed a bug in the submissions pages, and made the >100 pending submissions message
more user friendly.
~ Fixed a bug in the companies listing which prevented companies without games from getting listed.

19-06-2006:

~ The score displayed in the 'Personal' box in the right column of the site is now updated once
every three minutes. We received some complaints about it, as it only updated when logging in.
~ You now never lose awarded points, unless there's a very good reason. Files moved to the warez
archive will now not lose points. Files moved from the contributions straight to the warez archive
will not receive any points, since you should have checked the forum/warez list/game status/internet anyway.

20-06-2006:

~ Made the system recognize https:// links too, next to http:// and ftp://

21-06-2006:

~ The Genre, Year and System tags on the gamepage are now links to the respective game listings.

22-06-2006:

+ Quote tags in all text boxes (comments, messages, ...). Still experimental!

+ Premium accounts
~ Fixed the euro sign (and probably other special characters too)

Use the following tags:

Try sending a message to yourself with these tags in it to see how it works.
