I have a desktop PC and a laptop, I also have a wireless router and one printer, I want to share the printer so that whenever I print a document on my laptop it get printed from the main printer, how can I do that??

Try this:
Start>Execute type \\NAMEOFYOURCOMPUTER\ ... loading when you see the list of share folder and printer, select the one, right click on it, "connect" and follow the wizard |

That's easy. Go to 'printers and faxes'. Right click the printer you want. Click sharing and it should be self-explanatory from there.
