Flickering Menu Screens Issue
If you're experiencing flickering menu screens, enter the Advanced Options and checkmark the Enable Triple Buffering box, click OK and then run Blood 2! That should clear up the problem!

Adding the command-line parameter "+maxfps 30" will often only work on the main menu, however, the old Lithtech engine beeing what it is, it will often forget that command-line once you start a game, the result is the HUD not working proper, and the menu's flickering/going black again when you return to them.

Just drop down the console and type this command: maxfps 30
