looking for old blade-runner style adventure game

hi all,

the game I'm looking for is roughly 20 years old...
it's set in a futuristic world, where a new dangerous drug appears.
you play a detective, tracking the source of the drug. I don't remember too much of the game, there's a battle scene in the reservoir where the game (which is basically a point/click adventure) turns to a mini shoot-out game. there's a scene where your lovely girlfriend is strapped to a chair with tubes going into her and you need to decide which one to cut before the drug is injected into her. cut right and you save her, cut wrong and she's dead.

I think the title of the game had "dragon" in it, but I'm not sure.
I also remember you moved around the city in a flying car.

The game you are looking for is called Rise of the Dragon. A Sierra game from 1991 I think. I am also looking for this game, let me know if you find it!

I think i have this game, but i had not enough time to get is it a good one or not. Actually i had played it about 2 minutes long time ago.
