Considering that nobody's being paid, I think the word "volunteer" would be more appropriate than "job."

Anyway, this type of thing always gives me chills. Its always best to work with people you know in a tight unit, rather than trying to organize a large group of people around the world.

Usually this type of "team programming" stuff ends up with delays, plenty of confusion, poor organization, and plenty of frustration for the few people who really care about the project.

If you don't mind a little advice, I'd suggest that you start with a small group (3-4) of programmers and have all the game design almost completely determined before you expand out. Also, having the program core already made would be helpful before you start petitioning out for programmers to make specific program parts.

By the way, what's a "graphics moderator?" Is that like forums moderator? Does the moderator censors and/or beats up anyone who makes offensive graphics??
